Lead Time / Please Order Ahead

We ask that you order ahead because of the time needed to prepare, bake, package and ship your order.
• Pick-Up Orders: 3 weeks ahead of time.
• Shipped Orders: 6 weeks ahead of time
• Shipping to the Mainland (Continguous US): Allow additional extra days on top of the 3-6 weeks.

***As of 01/01/24, HI State Tax will be added to purchases.

Prices Subject to Change

Due to ingredient availability and increase in cost for the ingredients and supplies, our current prices may be subject to change. We will do our best to keep our current prices as much as possible. We will notify you of any changes in pricing before we complete your order.

Scheduled pick-up times

Pick up times will be scheduled when your order is ready. If these dates are not applicable, then arrangements will be made.

Date changes

We will notify you if there are any changes.

Pickup or Shipment?

Pickup Order

Orders for Maui Island.

Lead Time is 3 weeks ahead of pickup date.

Order for Pickup

Shipment Order

Orders outside of Maui Island (Continguous US & Outer Islands).

Lead Time is at least 6 weeks ahead of desired date-in-hand.

Confirmation & Payment

Confirmation Email

We will send an email to confirm your request and inform you of any changes about the order before your pick up date. We will always try to do our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.

Invoice / payment

An invoice will be sent to you via email through Square, where payment with a credit card can be made.  Payment is required before deliveries can be fulfilled. As of 01/01/24, HI State Tax will be added to all purchases.
